DrDerma AI - Gizlilik Politikası

1. Giriş

DrDerma AI ("biz", "bizim", "uygulamamız") olarak, kullanıcılarımızın gizliliğini korumayı taahhüt ediyoruz. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, uygulamamızı kullanırken kişisel bilgilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklar.

2. Toplanan Bilgiler

2.1 Kişisel Bilgiler

Uygulamamız aşağıdaki kişisel bilgileri toplayabilir:

• Kullanıcı adı ve profil bilgileri
• E-posta adresi (isteğe bağlı)
• Cilt analizi fotoğrafları (yüz dahil olmak üzere kol, bacak, sırt vb. herhangi bir cilt bölgesi)
• Analiz sonuçları ve geçmişi
• Uygulama kullanım verileri

Otomatik olarak toplanan bilgiler:

• Cihaz bilgileri (model, işletim sistemi)
• Uygulama performans verileri

Toplanan bilgiler aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılır:

• AI destekli cilt analizi sağlama
• Kişiselleştirilmiş öneriler sunma

4. Bilgi Paylaşımı

6. Veri Saklama

Kişisel bilgileriniz, hizmet sağlama amacıyla gerekli olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde, verileriniz 30 gün içinde güvenli şekilde silinir.

Cilt görselleri (yüz bölgesi dahil): Görseller yalnızca analiz sırasında geçici olarak işlenir, kalıcı olarak depolanmaz ve işlem tamamlandıktan hemen sonra derhal silinir. Görseller günlük/log kayıtlarına yazılmaz ve harici sunucularda saklanmaz.

7. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulamamız 13 yaş altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamaz. 13 yaş altındaki bir çocuğun bilgilerini topladığımızı fark edersek, bu bilgileri derhal sileriz.

12. Yüz Verisi (Face Data) ve Biyometrik Veri

Açık Beyan: Bu uygulama yüz verisi (face data) veya biyometrik veri toplamaz, işlemez veya analiz etmez. Kullanıcılar cilt analizi için yüz bölgesi de dahil olmak üzere (ör. yüz, kol, bacak, sırt) herhangi bir cilt alanının fotoğrafını gönderebilir; bu görseller genel cilt görseli olarak değerlendirilir ve yüz/biyometrik veri olarak işlenmez. Uygulamada yüz tanıma, yüz tespiti, yüz haritalama (facial landmarks) veya herhangi bir biyometrik tanımlama yapılmaz.

Saklama Süresi ve Nedeni: Cilt görselleri analiz işlemi için sunucularımıza yüklenir ve kullanıcının önceki sonuçlarını görebilmesi amacıyla en fazla 90 gün boyunca güvenli şekilde saklanır. 90 günlük süre, kullanıcıların önceki sonuçlarını karşılaştırabilmesi ve ilerlemelerini takip edebilmesi için gereklidir. Bu sürenin sonunda görseller otomatik olarak ve kalıcı biçimde silinir. Görseller hiçbir şekilde süresiz olarak saklanmaz.

Silme Hakkı: Kullanıcılar, uygulama içindeki Ayarlar → Verilerimi Sil seçeneği üzerinden tüm geçmiş görsellerinin silinmesini istediği anda talep edebilir. Bu işlem yapıldığında, veriler derhal ve geri getirilemeyecek şekilde silinir.

Üçüncü Taraf Paylaşımı: Bu görseller herhangi bir üçüncü taraf ile paylaşılmaz. Altyapı veya analiz dışı hizmet sağlayıcılarımız (barındırma, hata izleme vb.) görsellere erişemez ve yüz verisi saklamaz. Görseller yalnızca kendi sistemlerimizde geçici olarak tutulur.

Güvenlik: Veriler yalnızca yetkili sistemler tarafından erişilebilir şekilde tutulur ve yetkisiz erişime karşı korunur.

Skin images (including facial areas): Images are processed temporarily during analysis only, are not stored permanently, and are immediately discarded once processing is completed. Images are not written to logs and are not stored on external servers.

Our application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will immediately delete this information.

12. Face Data and Biometric Data

Explicit Statement: This app does not collect, process, or analyze any face data or biometric data. Users may submit photos of any skin area (including face, arm, leg, back) for analysis, but these are treated as general skin photos and are not processed as face or biometric data. The app performs no face detection, face recognition, facial landmark extraction or any kind of biometric identification.

Retention Period and Purpose: Skin photos are uploaded to our servers for analysis and are stored securely for up to 90 days so users can view their previous results. The 90-day period is necessary to allow users to compare their past results and track their progress. After this period, all photos are automatically and permanently deleted. Photos are never stored indefinitely.

Right to Deletion: Users can request the deletion of all their stored photos at any time through the in-app Settings → Delete My Data option. Once requested, all photos are permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Third-Party Sharing: These photos are not shared with any third parties. Our infrastructure or non-analysis service providers (such as hosting or error tracking) cannot access or store these images. Photos are only temporarily stored within our own systems.

Security: All data is stored in a restricted environment accessible only by authorized systems and protected against unauthorized access.
